The project consisted of an exterior tenant improvement in an existing medical office clinic. The scope included wood siding replacement, roofing replacement, exterior painting, new HVAC unit additions and new concrete flatwork additions.
The following trades were involved in the project:
• Wood Framing
• Electrical
• Painting
• Roofing
• Concrete
• HVAC
A great deal of coordination was required on this project in order to minimize the disruption to the medical clinic staff and patients. |
