The project consisted of a tenant improvement in an existing mixed use retail/office building in order to prepare the space for a Fed Ex Kinko’s store.

• Metal Stud Framing/Drywall
• Electrical
• Painting
• Plumbing
• HVAC
The project was completed for the building owner under a fixed, tight timeline to allow the end user’s contractor to finish its tenant improvement. |
