The project consisted of the tenant improvement conversion of a 4,800 square foot surgical center into a new medical clinic for the end user.
The following trades were involved in the project:
• Metal Stud Framing/Drywall
• Electrical
• Painting
• Millwork
• Plumbing
• HVAC
There was an extremely tight timeline for this project. All work had to be completed in time for the predetermined opening date of the clinic. |
